Sell Now, Move Later 

  Unfortunately there are only 24hrs in a day and most of the time it is not enough to get the important things done. SpeedySales©  offer a unique way to afford our clients the time to do these things by alleviating the pressures of the move.  We are able to offer what is referred to as "Exchange Contract with Rescission" otherwise known as Sell Now, Move Later. Basically, we exchange contracts now and agree a later date for a completion date of your choice (usually 3 months or sooner). This strategy gives you peace of mind knowing that you have sold your house whilst you attend to the important issues of exchanging on your future home, or emigrating responsibilities, moving issues, etc.  

You are still liable for your mortgage payments up until the completion date.
