IF YOU FAIL TO KEEP UP PAYING YOUR RENT YOU LOSE THIS RIGHT AUTOMATICALLY.

There is no cost to you at all if you decide to sell and rent back. We will not charge you for valuations, there are no legal fees ( we pay your legal fees up to £500) and there is certainly no financial penalty.

If there is adequate equity in the property we can release funds for you to ease the financial burdens in other areas of your life or maybe you can use it to take that long overdue holiday.
