below market
value.
i.e low purchase price = low
mortgage repayment = low rent = lower
outgoings
We then offer you the
opportunity to buy your property
back after 2 years ( post the *ERP period) at a pre
agreed price. The window to have the right to buy your
property back is usually
between 2-3 years. This enables
you to freeze your outgoings at an affordable
level whilst capitalising off
the appreciation growth over the term of 3
years.
IF YOU FAIL TO KEEP UP PAYING
YOUR
RENT YOU LOSE THIS RIGHT
AUTOMATICALLY.
There is no cost to
you at
all if you decide to sell and rent back. We will not
charge you for valuations, there are no legal fees ( we
pay your legal fees up to £500) and there is certainly no
financial penalty.
If there is adequate equity in the
property we can release funds for you to ease the
financial burdens in other areas of your life or maybe
you can use it to take that long overdue
holiday.
