Q . Who is SpeedySales?

A. SpeedySales© is a North London Property buying service based in North London. We provide a local service to individuals who want to sell their house fast. We have very experienced property investors who are not only equipped with the necessary tools to buy your home quickly but who are truly compassionate and versed in dealing with sensitive situations.

Q. Who usually sell their houses to SpeedySales? 

A. People who want to sell their property fast!

People who have inherited property and need or want to sell it quickly;

People who have investment property inhabited by problem tenants;

People who are relocating and need to sell their house quickly, particularly if their house needs repairs and they don't have the money, time, and/or desire to renovate;

People going through a divorce and need to sell their house fast;

People who are behind on payments and/or are facing repossession;

People who are finding it difficult with ill health and many other reasons...

People who sell to SpeedySales©  are no different from you. What they have in common with you is the need or desire to sell their house fast. They want to complete quickly and sell to a reliable property buying company like us.

Q. What's Your Procedure? 

A. We will answer your call and whilst talking to you ask you a few key questions to get a feel of your situation. We will go through your options to paint a picture of what solutions to apply to make it a win/win scenario. Once we have established that we will then visit you in person to go through your issues in greater depth. Once in your presence we will view the property then give you a breakdown of our offer. 

Q. What type of properties do you buy? 

A.  We buy residential in North London and Central London properties only - single dwellings and portfolios. If you have a property outside of our region we can contact one of our many associates to assist you. Many properties are sold quickly for the following reasons:

Property that holds bad memories, such as those following a divorce or a death in the family;

Property located in a neighbourhood that you would like to leave - long commuting distance to work, being located in a ex-local authority area, changing neighbourhood, etc;

Property with an unmanageable mortgage financing structure;

Property with a tracker mortgage going through high financing rate - now very unstable with the credit crunch;

Property with a mortgage that is more than you can handle ie repossession;

Property from which you would like to move for any other reason, including wanting a larger or smaller house, or needing to move to another city or country and many more...

A. Simply   to tell us about the house you want to sell. The information will be sent via our system to a SpeedySales©  representative in your area who will go over your options with you.
