Mr and Mrs H  were 3 days from repossession when they called us. Mr H had lost his job 6 months prior. We purchased their house, paid off the £20k arrears and gave them £10k to pay off their debts. We rented the house back to them for the first 6 months for free. After 6 months they then rented at market value. We gave them a legal option agreement to purchase their property back at an agreed price when he got a new job. His new rent included £100 per month that was saved by us to be used by him as a deposit for the repurchase. 

Mr and Mrs S  had  sold their house and were due to move into their brand new home on the 17th December. They phoned us on the 29th of November to say that their buyer had dropped out after 3 months and if they did not complete by the 17th of December they would lose their dream home. We visited them at  6.30pm  that day and made them an offer which was accepted. We completed the purchase by the 17th as planned.

Mr and Mrs B  were having severe financial difficulties as Mrs B had lost her job due to a health problems. Their property they had lived in for 15 years was soon to be repossessed. Bailiffs were calling weekly to collect council tax arrears and their total debts were almost £30,000. Even if they sold their property there was not enough equity to pay all their debts. We helped Mr and Mrs B's negotiate with all their creditors to accept circa 33% of their debt. This allowed us to purchase the property and pay all their debts leaving them in a position to be able to afford to rent their property back from us.

Their friends and neighbours never knew a thing. They now get 90% of the rent paid by housing benefit because of her health problems. 

Mrs G  had separated from her husband who had left her with a lot of debt. She did not want to leave her house but could not afford to stay on her own. We purchased the property and rented it back to her with the cash she raised she was able to pay off her debt and rent back the property  .
